Well-being
In our efforts to create an inclusive and safe community in school, we have been taking part in various conversations and activities which included dialogues between students and teachers, workshops for staff and students on bystander intervention, conversations on healthy relationships, as well as a preliminary discussion with Ms Karen De Wilde from Sensoa for staff members. We look forward to learning from these initial efforts and improving the quality of our relationships together as a school community.
You will find below a form to be completed by witnesses or victims of transgressive behaviour in school. These forms are confidential but not anonymous. They are also available on The Teams of your child’s year group (S1 to S7).
The information transmitted via this form is of course confidential and only the members of the anti sexual harassment group (FLAG-team) have access to this data. The form is hosted on Office 365 within the EURSC organisation. As with all things related to our EURSC systems, GDPR rules apply. The form will be updated in the future depending on the needs of the school community, and our resources.
We are committed to ensuring the well-being of all members of our school community and are convinced that together we can achieve this.
For more information on what constitutes transgressive behavior, visit https://flagsystem.org/ to read more about the Flag System.

The educational advisers ensure the well-being and discipline of pupils. They provide guidance to students regarding conflict management, learning or emotional issues. They also ensure smooth communication between students and parents on the one hand and the administration, teaching staff, pedagogical coordinators or psychologists on the other. The team of Education Advisers is managed by the Assistant Deputy Director.
You can find their contact details here.
The Guidance Team is always pleased to meet you! We are a group of voluntary teachers and educational advisors who are skilled to coach and listen to our students. Are you in need for a talk? Are there tensions at home? Feeling overwhelmed? Concerned about a friend or parent? Don’t hesitate to contact us!
We cover all language sections across the secondary cycle. You are free to speak with anyone of us. We intervene on class level covering all kinds of topics whenever that seems necessary. We work closely with the advisors, the Care Team and the school psychologists.
We respect professional secrecy. This means we only talk about our student coaching inside a professional context. This is different from our school psychologists, whose work implies confidentiality.
You can find the members of our guidance team on the posters in school or on the Teams group of your year. We can meet up at school or on Teams. Our ‘door’ is always open.
