Your tasks
Main responsibilities are as follows, including but not limited to,
- Working to a cleaning schedule for efficient housekeeping of the main office building, across 2-3 floors
- All tasks associated with housekeeping and cleaning, including maintaining high standards of :
- Toilet & bathroom facilities (male & female)
- Staff kitchen areas (these are office kitchens and not a hot food serving canteen area)
- Office areas
- Meeting rooms
- Staff break out room(s)
- 1 x welfare facility and locker room area
- Tasks will include, but are not limited to,
- Surface cleaning (desks, kitchen sides, wood panelled walls, etc.)
- Specialist surface cleaning (brass, treated wood desks (board room / meeting room tables)
- Glass cleaning (windows, doors, etc)
- Sanitising & cleaning of high frequency use areas (clocking machines, clocking turnstiles, light-switches, handrails, door handles)
- Floor cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, use of floor-buffing machine where required)
- Hygiene cleaning (toilets, sinks, showers (where applicable), kitchen sinks)
- Maintaining standards in meeting rooms and kitchens (refreshment availability, presentation of areas)
- Ad-hoc tasks, as required
Your magic skills
The successful candidate will have;
- Previous experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL
- Reliable and conscientious
- Have own transport or be able to reliably commute on a daily basis.
