Welcome to our website www.nathalieverlinden.com (hereinafter called “webshop”).

The e-commerce site www.nathalieverlinden.com is an online site selling shoes and accessories under the brand ‘Nathalie Verlinden’ (the Product) which belong to Nathalie Verlinden bvba, whose registered offices are at Laar 29, 2630 Aartselaar, a Belgium company with registration number BE 0859 694 172 .

Internet users wishing to buy Nathalie Verlinden Products are referred to in these General terms and conditions as ‘the Customer’.

These general terms and conditions govern all use of Nathalieverlinden.com and in particular the product offers and sales on this website. When you visit this website or buy a product on it, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please note that these terms and conditions may be updated from time to time so we recommend that you read them carefully each time you visit us. Nathalie Verlinden bvba does not accept any other terms and conditions unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Validating an order form is deemed to be equivalent to an electronic signature which has the same value between the Parties as a written signature and serves as evidence that the order is complete and proper and that the amounts due may be claimed in performing that order.

Product information

We have made every effort to make sure colors and descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible. However, please be aware that the image and color quality may vary depending on your screen and that we cannot guarantee that your screen accurately reflects all characteristics of the actual product.

You will find a product description (color, size, type of product, etc.) and digital photographs with each product. All prices are in Euro and include VAT for country´s in Europe, exclude VAT out of Europe and exclude always delivery costs. Prices may change. Please check the applicable price advertised at the time you place an order.

Ordering products

Notwithstanding any evidence the Customer may have in writing, it is expressly agreed that data registered in Nathalie Verlinden bvba’s IT systems, those of its hosting partners or Internet payment partners alone shall constitute evidence of the communications, the content of the orders and the entire transactions which have taken place between the Parties.

To place an order, the Customer goes to the heading of their choice, chooses the color and size they wish to receive and then click on ‘Add to shopping bag’. This puts the article selected in the ‘shopping bag’. The Customer can correct their order as long as they are in the ‘shopping bag’. If the Customer wishes to confirm their order, they must select a delivery and payment method. The total amount that must be paid is stated clearly throughout the whole of the billing process. Once the payment process is completed, the order is now final and cannot now be changed.

The Customer will be sent an initial e-mail confirming their order once they have made their purchase in any case. They will then get a second e-mail when their order is dispatched.

All contractual details of the order will be communicated to the Customer in the language the Customer chose when they registered at the time they confirmed their order.

In the unlikely event that a product that you ordered is not available, we will inform you promptly and propose an alternative solution (for example: later delivery, exchange, refund) without any cost to you.

Prices and invoicing

Prices are expressed in euros and include Belgian VAT unless otherwise specified. The product prices do not include delivery costs: these will be charged separately and the Customer must pay them in addition to the purchase price.

The Customer agrees to Nathalie Verlinden bvba sending its invoices electronically.

Products will remain Nathalie Verlinden bvba’s property until such time as the Customer pays for them in full.


After you submit your order, you will be referred to the secure payment page of our website and will be requested to pay for your order.

We accept Visa.

You will receive an electronic order confirmation on your screen and per e-mail when your payment has been made.

By paying the order, you authorise Paypal to store your financial details in a secure way, so you will not have to enter them again for future orders on nathalieverlinden.com.

In case of a refund, we will credit the card or bank account of the person who paid for the product(s). We are not responsible for fluctuations between the currency used for the initial payment and the currency of your credit card or bank account when the refund is made.

Delivery and shipment

When confirming their order, the Customer can choose delivery to a given address (home, work, or other).

We aim to prepare your order within one working day after receiving your payment.

Nathalie Verlinden bvba delivers all over the world. Standard deliveries in Belgium will take 2 to 3 working days. International deliveries take up to 5 or 6 working days depending on the country. The delivery costs divert from 9 euro to 50 euro depending on the country.

The risk is transferred to the Customer from the moment the goods leave our warehouses.

Right to revoke and return

The buyer needs to take delivery and check the goods immediately.

All shoe fittings need to be done on a soft floor/carpet.

Nathalie Verlinden bvba accepts returns within 10 working days once you’ve received the package. In Belgium, returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery as it concerns distance selling within the meaning of the Belgian Act of 6 April 2010 on market practices and consumer protection (Belgian Official Gazette 12.04.2010).

Return requests will not be accepted after this period.

Damaged returns will not be accepted and your refund will be witheld.

Shoes can only be returned if the sole of the shoes are undamaged. Undamaged in this case means no dirt on the shoes, nor on the sole of the shoes. If it is obvious that the shoes are dirty or were already used, Nathalie Verlinden bvba reserves the right not to take back, nor reimburse the shoes. Complaints are only accepted if they have been sent by registered letter within 14 days after delivery. A complaint does not postpone the payment obligation. Return costs are at your own expense.

The goods need to be returned in their original packaging, in the case of shoes in the original undamaged shoe box as well as materials or accessories that were in the original box without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.

Procedure for returning goods

Once we have received the returned item, we will refund your money within 5 working days.

If returning a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us by email on webshop@nathalieverlinden.com.


This agreement is governed by Belgian law.

The user accepts the jurisdiction of the Antwerp Courts.

If a provision of these terms and conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Intellectual property rights

All elements (referred to hereinafter as the 'Elements'), including texts, the database with all data published on the website, the layout and graphic design of the web pages, the sales catalogue, photos, images, video and music on the Sites are protected by copyright, database rights, trademark rights, patent rights and all other forms of intellectual property rights worldwide, and thus remain the exclusive property of Nathalie Verlinden bvba. They may not therefore be copied, published, imitated or used in any other way in any form whatsoever without Nathalie Verlinden’s prior consent in writing. Any infringements of this will be pursued in the courts.

Privacy Policy

In using this site, you agree to accept the provisions of this privacy policy. Whenever you furnish information via this site, you agree to that information being gathered and used subject to this privacy policy.

Personal data obtained via this website are processed by Nathalie Verlinden bvba, Laar 29, 2630 Aartselaar, Belgium.

We warrant that we will only use this data to manage the service, after-sales services and to send you information. You can call up your data and correct it and refuse to allow us to use your data to send you information. All you have to do is to request this in writing to the address above or to info@nathalieverlinden.com (Law of 8 December 1992).
