How?
We have a comprehensive internal research program as well as strong links with several leading academic groups which allows us to produce customized one-off plasma treatment systems for research.
Examples include multi-frequency plasma systems for surface activation and plasma polymerization investigations, custom plasma etch systems for semiconductor materials research, and even training plasma units with integrated measurement and diagnostics for teaching labs.
