Chief Financial Officer
Our client is a strong growing Project Developer/investor with a clear vision on the future way of living and sustainability topics.
With a challenging number of projects in pipeline and a large land bank they are looking forward extending their team with a strategic role of “Chief Financial Officer” participating in the management Committee.
You can rely on a flexible and very ambitious mindset, a solid funding structure and a range of in-house experience and know how.
You offer financial/fiscal support and strategic insights regarding transactions/acquisitions. You can count on the support of high-end in-house an out-house expertise.
You will be responsible for managing a private fund structure.
You draw up the budget and liquidity planning for the development projects and you monitor them financially.
Your experience allows you to be responsible for drawing up the annual accounts, annual budget, quarterly closures and reporting towards investors.
You maintain external contacts with the banking partners, accountants, legal partners, audit & consulting, insurance companies, contractors, etc.
You are responsible for the management of current loans and cash management.
You will be managing the accountant team and you can rely on the support of an analyst profile.
Significant experience in strategic finance function, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
In-depth knowledge of financial and tax principles, accounting standards and regulations.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex financial issues.
Ability to absorb unacknowledged topics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Down to earth attitude. You combine financial expertise with strategic insight that enable you to launch initiatives.
You preferably possess master's degree in financial economic field.
