Analyst Project Development
Our client is a rapidly growing Real Estate Developer/Private Equity player with a clear vision of the future way of life and sustainability themes.
With a challenging number of projects build to rent/build to sell in the pipeline and relevant land bank, they are looking to expand their team (15FTE) with an analyst who will work closely with the Board, Development Team, & CFO.
With a critical mind, you join the search for objective parameters relevant to the organization's strategy.
You conduct market research to assess the feasibility of potential projects. This includes analyzing demographics, competition, real estate market trends and demand for specific types of properties.
Prepare and manage budgets of projects. This includes creating and challenging budgets based on cost estimates and updating these budgets during project execution.
Performing financial analysis to assess the profitability of projects. This includes creating financial models, calculating yield forecasts, analyzing investment costs and evaluating potential risks.
Identify and evaluate risks that may affect the success of a project. This includes analyzing financial, operational and market risks and developing strategies to manage these risks.
As an asset investor, you will also make projections of expected costs and revenues over the life of the project.
You provide support in procurement files.
You advise the commercialization & project team with pricing strategy.
You attend meetings with the partners, commercialization team and project team or external parties.
You have an intrinsic interest and ambition in the real estate market and project development
You look back on a first relevant work experience (2 - 5 years) preferably as controller, analyst, audit, ...
You are punctual, detailed and have an analytical and critical mind.
You can deal with complex matters. You are driven by your eagerness to learn.
You have a flexible and ambitious mindset.
You have advanced skills in Excel applications and you are IT minded.
You are Dutch-speaking with (very) good knowledge of French (or vice versa) and your English is professional enough.
You possess a master degree.
