Powerful link with your accounting package
ProPlanner allows a direct link with the Exact Online and Venice accounting packages, resulting in many useful possibilities such as:
- booking invoices (real-time, scheduled or ad hoc)
- customers created in ProPlanner are automatically entered in your accounting package and vice versa. Account numbers and cost centres are also synchronised.

This module, built into the vehicle, communicates efficiently with the ProPlanner Self Service App. The driver is also able to open, start and lock a vehicle using a smartphone or badge.

The remote Fleet Management System (rFMS) allows you to link ProPlanner with the track&trace of various makes of lorries such as MAB, Scania, DA, IVECO and Renault.

Simplified fine administration
The integration with Renta Solutions' Fines Management System (FMS) sends fines directly to the driver. FMS is a digital platform that unites the collaboration between licence plate holders, the Automotive Crossroad Bank and the Federal police.
Efficient link with your Dealer Management System
The integration with DMS-systems such as Incadea and I’car ensures efficient after-sales and avoids double inputs. Customer and vehicle data are retrieved from the DMS and the reservation of a courtesy car can be made automatically from the DMS work order.

Real-time synchronisation of loan data
The integration of the AutoDialog platform makes communication easier than ever. The data of the loan of a courtesy car is synchronised real-time, for example, with the Autodialog work order. This means the customer is always up to date, also with regard to replacement transport.
