ProPlanner is the first fleet management tool to offer a fully digital process via an innovative tablet app, meaning paperwork is a thing of the past. As a result, there is no more need to copy and file documents, helping you do your bit for the environment along the way.

Here’s an overview of our digital flow:

• once someone has booked a vehicle with you, you can send a confirmation e-mail. This can be done automatically if you wish, and the contract can be enclosed as an attachment for digital signature by your customer using a smartphone, tablet or PC.
   
• the pickup and return process can also be fully digitised, as our application effectively keeps track of the vehicle condition report, mileage, fuel level and all other essential details. Your customer will receive a document by e-mail containing a list of any damage found, including images.
   
• ProPlanner allows you to scan your customer’s ID card or take a photo of it, meaning there’s no more need to copy and file it.
   
• invoicing is also fully automatic, via e-mail.

In other words, our innovative car sharing app (available for iOS and Android) means the entire flow can be fully or partially completed without your staff needing to intervene, and your customers can check out and check in fully independently using their smartphones.
