This is what your day will look like:
In this role, you will welcome visitors at our reception with a smile and support our team with administrative and logistical tasks.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Reception: You are the first point of contact for visitors, warmly welcoming them and professionally directing them to the appropriate colleagues.
- Phone and communication: You answer incoming calls (NL/FR/EN) and transfer external contacts to the right colleagues.
- Customer contact: You maintain smooth communication with private and professional customers and ensure an optimal customer experience.
- Administrative support: You handle the administration for orders from A to Z and coordinate the logistics planning, ensuring smooth follow-up on deliveries and shipments.
- Complaint handling: You respond quickly and solution-oriented to customer inquiries or issues.
- Administrative support for the central HR department.
This is what we expect from you:
- You have a customer-oriented and friendly attitude, both at the reception and on the phone.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French, with basic knowledge of English for international contacts.
- You are meticulous in preparing and checking documents such as order forms, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Multitasking is no problem for you! You easily combine your reception role with administrative tasks.
- You are proficient in MS Office and a phone switchboard.
- You are available every morning (8 AM to 12 PM) at our production site in Tubize.
