We are looking for a lawyer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our Tax practice
The Tax team
Our Tax team currently consists of 7 lawyers and 1 Personal Assistant, and we are looking to expand the team with an Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience.
Your role
As an associate in our Tax practice, you will be involved in advisory work, and you will:
- advise Belgian and international clients on tax issues
- specialise in domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures, capital markets, finance, private equity, funds, real estate, and incentive plans
But you will also be involved in:
- Assisting clients in resolving tax disputes and investigations
- Handling audits, dawn raids, and settlements
- Representing clients in administrative controversies and tax litigation before Belgian and European courts

What we expect
We are looking for a bright associate who:
- is fluent in Dutch, French and English
- has excellent results at a Belgian university, an additional education in tax law, a study or experience in an Anglo-Saxon jurisdiction is considered a plus
- has 2 to 4 years of experience in tax law
- strong analytical, organisational, and editorial skills
- thrives under tight deadlines
- eager to learn, client-focused, and highly motivated.

Start date: as soon as possible
Location: Brussels, with the option to also work from our Antwerp office.
