Academic Leadership One Step Beyond
2019/12/15
After 10 successful editions of our Academic Leadership Journey Level 1, the first Academic Leadership Journey Level 2 was a success! It was a sequel, one step beyond, deepening and most of all a real journey of four days where we went on a trip together with 13 professors of KU Leuven, University of Antwerp, UGhent, VUB, VIB en Luxemburg Institute of Health. We gathered four days to immerse them into co-creation around their strategic narrative, stakeholder management, decision making, installing a sound feedback culture and gaining more visibility.
All
this happened by means of diverse and sometimes surprising ways of working.
Co-creation, participative working, joint decision making and a lot of
interaction are some ways to describe how the process went. Apart from that
there was a lot of room for knowledge sharing in between the participants, both
during the sessions as apart from them. A fresh start, a nice journey and a surprising
closing made this an unforgettable experience. Both for the trainers as for the
participants. In February 2020 we organise a second edition of this very
interesting programme, we are already looking forward to it!
