Job Description:

We're looking for a flexible and enthusiastic administrative professional to join our team. This role is all about helping out with HR projects and tackling administrative tasks like office management, personnel administration and payroll, depending on your skills and experience. If you're up for it, there's room to grow into managing your own administrative projects or even moving into more strategic work in People & Organisation. In each case - your work will directly contribute to our mission of supporting small businesses.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our consultants and officers working on HR projects with more administrative tasks.
  • Execute HR administrative tasks in areas like personnel administration, payroll, recruitment, learning, office management, …
  • Thrive in our flexible and informal work environment, where your input is valued.

 

Your strengths:

  • Eager to join a start-up making a difference for growing companies.
  • Minimal experience of 3 years in HR administrative roles, .
  • A proactive, self-sufficient, and responsible work approach.
  • Service and client oriented.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HR software and tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, with a solid working knowledge of English.
