Peter Parez joins Janson as Partner and strengthens the Corporate and M&A practice.
Peter joined Janson as a Partner in January 2018. He specialises in corporate, financial and commercial law matters. Peter has extensive experience and particular expertise in M&A transactions, private equity & venture capital deals, acting as lead negotiator and/or main contact for the client. Peter is much appreciated for his client-oriented approach by his clients, which include multinational and local companies, private equity funds and financial institutions. Peter has also assisted many clients in corporate finance and financial products related matters. He has obtained an Executive Master in Finance from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
Prior to joining Janson, Peter was a Counsel at Simmons & Simmons LLP and Bird & Bird LLP, and previously an Associate in Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and Baker & McKenzie. Peter has been accompanied by associate Mathieu Stordeur who joined from Simmons & Simmons LLP as well.
