Municipal traffic law is a complex subject that has many practical consequences. Since its entry into force, the Walloon decree of 6 February 2014 on municipal traffic law has raised many questions and has led to sometimes complex legal solutions. Benefiting from a decline throughout the years, acknowledged experts in the field will draw up an inventory of the implementation of this decree and will bring up all stages relating to the creation, amendment and management of municipal traffic law. All participants in the conference will receive the book "La voirie communale dans tous ses états", in which the speakers will clarify and further develop the content of their speeches.

The event aimes at mayors, municipal officials, intermunicipal bodies, civil servants who impose sanctions, reporting officers, police officers, justices of the peace, lawyers and anyone wishing to be enlightened on the issue of the legal regime of municipal traffic law in Wallonia.
