Jo Rams is part of the Administrative and Constitutional Law team of the Janson law firm since 2012.
He assists business and private individuals in their legal relations with government in the broad framework of constitutional and administrative law. His practice includes both advisory work and litigation before the Constitutional Court, the Council of State and several administrative authorities.
Jo holds a law degree from the University of Leuven, where he also was an assistant at the Institute for Environmental and Energy Law. He obtained the necessary certificate allowing him to assist clients in criminal cases brought before the Court of Cassation.
