Ruth Declerck (°1982) graduated with distinction as a Master in Law (University of Ghent, 2012), having completed these studies as a working student.
Ruth also obtained a Master’s degree in classical languages (University of Ghent, 2004, distinction) and a degree in International relations and conflict management (KULeuven, 2005).
From 2005 to 2012 she worked as a policy advisor on international and European environmental policy at the Flemish Government. Since 2012 she has been a member of the bar of Ghent.
In 2016 she joined Janson Baugniet. She specializes in commercial law, corporate law and banking law.At this moment she finalizes her education as a mediator in civil and commercial matters.
