Delphine Castiaux holds a law degree from the Université catholique de Louvain and a LL.M. in social law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
Admitted to the Walloon Brabant Bar since 1999, Delphine has rapidly focused her practice on advising, negotiating and managing labour litigation in individual (entry into, execution and termination of employment contracts, end of career, social status...) and collective law issues (restructuring, closure and collective dismissal, social consultation mechanisms and bodies...).
