Ulysse mainly specialized in EU and Competition Law. Ulysse’s practice covers litigation, legal counsel and assisting clients in procedures before EU institutions.
Ulysse also has a particular interest in Foreign-Direct Investment Law. Ulysse took advantage of his exchange program at the China University of Policital Science and Law to write his master thesis on Foreign-Direct Investment in China (Magna Cum Laude). When completing his Advanced Master Degree in European Union Law at the College of Europe in Bruges, Ulysse wrote his master thesis on Foreign-Direct Investment in the European Union (Summa Magna Cum Laude).
Ulysse registered with the French Brussels Bar since September 2016.
