Lucille Bermond started her studies at the University of Lyon III and graduated in law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (cum laude, 2008). She is registered at the French-speaking Order of Lawyers of the Brussels Bar since 2008 and joined Janson in April 2014. Previously, she was an associate at Lydian and VDE Legal.
Lucille has acquired considerable experience in commercial and business law (contract law and in particular tenancy law, litigation...), corporate restructuring (mergers, judicial reorganisations, liquidations, bankruptcies) and company law.
She was appointed curator by the French-speaking Enterprise Court of Brussels in 2013 and was then the youngest curator in the judicial district. She is regularly appointed by the court as legal representative in reorganisation proceedings or as provisional administrator.
In order to be able to advise and support her clients in the best possible way in the various modes of conflict resolution, Lucille also has a qualification in mediation in civil and commercial law.
Lucille is a trainer at the Communication Institute of the Brussels Bar Association. As such, she regularly gives seminars on communication, mediation, public speaking and pleadings.
