He is member of the Brussels Bar since 2008, and joined Janson Baugniet in 2011.
He was proudly appointed Counsel by Janson Baugniet in 2019.
Mr Delahaije is dedicated to commercial litigation before courts, relying on a very solid track record.
His focus lies on distribution law (agency, franchising, …) and energy law.
Mr Delahaije also has a particular experience in seizure matters and technical expertises.
