Circusatelier Circolito vzw, established on Douaneplein 8 2800 Mechelen, is responsible for the processing of personal data as specified in this privacy statement.

Circusatlier Circolito vzw (Circolito) only collects personal data that you yourself communicate to us and which are necessary for the performance of the professional activities of our circus studio. Data of minors and sensitive personal data (e.g. health information) are always treated confidentially and never made public.

Circusatelier Circolito vzw processes your personal data in certain cases:

• If you explicitly gave permission for this
• If the processing is necessary to provide a service you have requested
• Circusatelier Circolito vzw also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so

We never pass on your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. 

Circolito does not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected. Circolito may also decide to collect personal data in the longer term to inform you about our offerings within our own operations.

This means that you can request us to send the personal data that we have about you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you.
